The Arizona Indian Gaming Association is very proud to be hosting the 2nd Annual Arizona Desert Classic Gaming Conference, Golf Tournament, and Trade Show at Talking Stick Resort owned by the Salt River Pima- Maricopa Indian Community on September 15- 17, 2010.

This year we have changed the format a little, with the trade show opening at lunch on the 16th and closing on the 17th at Noon, when we will have a sit down lunch.

Hotel Information
Talking Stick Resort, is the official conference hotel. Make your room reservations directly with the hotel and mention that you are with the Arizona Desert Classic for your special rate of $179/night.

Decorator Service
GES is the official show decorator (602) 254-3073. Service kits will be mailed to you upon receipt of your contract and we will also have it up on our website at www.bussproductions.com. This kit will include ordering information for additional equipment, labor, freight handling services and electricity. There are substantial discounts for ordering early. Decorator services will be available at the show with payment due at the time of delivery. Payment for services can be made by cash, check or credit card.
Liability
It is mutually agreed that Buss Productions and The Talking Stick Resort, shall not be liable for any damages to or for the loss or destruction of an exhibit or injuries resulting from any cause. The exhibitor expressly waives all claims for any such loss, damage, or injuries.
Cancellations
Exhibitors who apply for space may cancel in writing prior to September 1, 2010 and will receive a refund minus $75.00 processing fee. No refunds will be made after September 1st regardless of situation or circumstances.
Booth Registration and Payment
Fill out the enclosed registration form to reserve your booth. Make checks payable to Arizona Desert Classic Gaming Conference and mailed to Buss Productions. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are also accepted, but please give your 3 or 4-digit v number from the back of your card.
Shipping and Receiving
Freight handling services should be done through the show decorator. If you ship to the hotel, then good luck finding your freight. A representative from the decorating company will be there a few hours before the show closes to arrange for return shipments.
