The Washington Indian Gaming Association (WIGA) and Buss Productions are proud to host the 9th Annual Northwest Indian Gaming Conference and Expo, July 13-15, 2009. The conference and expo will be held at Tulalip Resort Casino in Tulalip, Washington. We are glad to once again be supporting a WIGA member and look forward to many more years of holding this event at WIGA member properties.

Security

Security will be provided during the run of the show. Although security will be present at all times, you are advised to remove valuable items from your booth when you are not present.

Exhibit Installation and Removal

Exhibitors will have access to the exhibit hall on Tuesday, July 14, starting at 8:00 AM.  If you will need more set-up time, please call Buss Productions at 651-917-2301.  All exhibits must be set up by 4:00 PM on July 14, and must be removed by 6:00 PM on Wednesday, July 15.

Decorator Service

GES is the official show decorator and may be reached at 425-251-6565.  Upon receiving completed exhibitor contracts, exhibitors will receive by email the service manual containing all general contractor, facility, electrical and ancillary order forms. Please remember to put your correct email address on the contract. You may also access the service manual from our website: www.bussproductions.com, or you may contact Buss Productions to have a manual mailed to you.

Hotel Information

Tulalip Resort Casino is the official conference hotel. Make your room reservations directly with the hotel at 866-716-7162 and mention the Northwest Indian Gaming Conference & Expo for the special rate of $139.00/night.

Shipping and Receiving

Freight handling services must be handled through GES, the show decorator. Tulalip Resort Casino will not accept shipments.

Single Booth: $1250.00
(Assoc. Members: $1150)

Additional Booths: $1200.00 each

All Booths are 8’ Deep x 10’ Wide

 If you would like to increase your visibility, sponsor one of the many activities we have available: the 7th Annual Golf Outing, Hole Sponsors, Receptions, Luncheons, Coffee Breaks or even Prize Drawings, to name a few!  Prices range from $500 - $8,000 per event/prize.

Golf Outing

The 9th Annual Northwest Indian Gaming Golf Outing will be held Monday, July 13th with a shotgun start at 9:00 AM.  This year the tournament will be held at Kayak Point Golf Club.  Please see attached registration form.  There is limited space for 144 golfers so register early!

Attendee List

An attendee list will be made available, upon request, to all exhibitors (and only exhibitors) at the show.  Due to the nature of our attendee registration if you would like an attendee list prior to the show there will be a $50.00 fee per request.

Carpeting

The hall is carpeted. If you want additional carpeting, please order through GES.

Electrical

After we receive your contract, a service manual will be mailed to you. An electrical form will be in that information kit and hold be ordered through GES.
