Dear Gaming Supplier,

The Southwestern Indian Gaming Conference is back this year at the beautiful Sandia Resort and Casino!This conference will feature issues relevant to New Mexico as well as the nation.  There will be over fifty leading experts on all aspects of gaming.  They will provide information specific to Indian Country.

With a move to August we have decided to change the schedule a little and move golf to Wednesday so people can stay and enjoy the  Annual  Santa Fe Indian Market if they wish.

Shipping and Receiving

Freight handling services should be done through the show decorator.  If you ship to the hotel, then good luck finding your freight.  A representative from the decorating company will be there a few hours before the show closes to arrange for return shipments.

Cancellations

Exhibitors who apply for space may cancel in writing prior to August 10 and will receive a refund minus a $50.00 processing fee.  If exhibit cancellation is made after August 10th, the exhibitor will not be eligible for a refund regardless of situation or circumstances.

Decorator Service

Convention Services of the SW is the official show decorator (505) 243-9889.  Service kits will be mailed to you upon receipt of your contract.  This kit will include ordering information for additional equipment, labor, freight handling services and electricity.  There are substantial discounts for ordering early.  Decorator services will be available at the show with payment due at the time of delivery.  Payment for services can be made by cash, check or credit card.

Hotel Information

The Sandia Resort and Casino , is the official conference hotel.  Make your room reservations directly with the hotel and mention that you are with the Southwestern Indian Gaming Conference for your special rates.  The hotel number is 505-798-3930 or toll free 877-272-9199.

Booth Registration and Payment

Fill out the enclosed registration form to purchase a booth(s).  Checks need to be made payable to Southwestern Indian Gaming Conference or SWIGC and mailed to  Buss Productions.  Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted, but please give your 3-digit vin number from the back of your card. You may also pay on-line using PayPal.

Exhibit Space Procedures

All exhibitors will be notified by mail of their space assignment once a contract is received.  You may indicate booth preference, but we can not guarantee your selection.   Buss Productions reserves the right to assign and re-assign space deemed necessary or appropriate for the best interest of the show.  Exhibitors are to arrange materials so as not to obstruct other displays.  Surrounding space and aisles must be clear.

Liability

It is mutually agreed that Buss Productions and Sandia Resort and Casino, shall not be liable for any damages to or for the loss or destruction of an exhibit or injuries resulting from any cause.  The exhibitor expressly waives all claims for any such loss, damage, or injuries.
