Steve Simon
Working for over 40 years in commercial and Native American Gaming, Steve’s experience includes work as a Gaming Audit Agent with the State of Nevada, Resort/Casino Controller, Director of Casino Operations, General Manager, Senior Vice President of Operations and Casino Gaming Consultant working for a large Southwest CPA firm as their Senior Consulting Manager-Gaming, and an independent consultant. Steve has extensive hands on experience in all areas of casino and resort development and more importantly casino operations.
He has specialized in significantly improving operating results at resort/casinos and casinos that are both financially and work environmentally challenged.
Throughout his many years as a consultant, he has helped bring successful financial and operating results to casinos in both commercial gaming and Native American Gaming.
